    Penelitian ini mengambil judul ā€œAnalisis Implementasi Metode 5S Untuk Pemeliharaan Stasiun Kerja Proses Silk printing Di PT Mandom Indonesia Tbkā€. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan penataan dan membuat standar pemeliharaan stasiun kerja, sehingga menciptakan ruang kerja yang nyaman dan pekerjaan yang menyenagkan, serta meningkatkan disiplin dalam penggunaan standar. Permasalahan yang timbul karena tidak adanya standarisasi pemeliharaan stasiun kerja. Pengumpulan data untuk mengetahui kondisi 5S distasiun kerja proses silk printing, dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebanyak 30 kali pengambilan data. Setelah melakukan penelitian terhadap kondisi 5S di stasiun kerja proses silk printing diketahui kondisi stasiun kerja secara keseluruhan adalah kondisi Rapi (Seiton) merupakan kondisi terbaik dengan frekuensi kumulatif 24%, atau dengan nilai 106 poin. Kondisi Ringkas (Seiri) dengan frekuensi kumulatif 44.9% atau 92 poin. Nilai 91 poin, frekuensi kumulatif 65.5% adalah untuk kondisi Resik (Seiso). Kondisi Rawat (Seiketsu) dengan nilai 86 poin atau dengan frekuensi kumulatif 85%. Kondisi terburuk adalah untuk kondisi Rajin (Shitsuke), dengan frekuensi kumulatif 100% atau dengan nilai 66 poin.     The purpose of the study is to analyze the management of occupational safety and health in order to reduce the high accident rate in the pressing. This research was conducted at PT. X, Tambun Bekasi. This method of using survey methods / observations directly by taking data from the company's data on the number of accidents occurred during the last 3-years and conduct interviews to determine the causes of the accident. Data analysis technique used is to use pareto chart that aims to determine the level of most major accidents occur, then the causal diagram to determine the root cause of the accident, and the 5W +1 H is a troubleshooting step.The data show that in 2006-2008 the accident occurred 45 times in the pressing, a lot of accidents happening is sandwiched ie 20 times (44.4%), the second highest accident was hit by fragments 9 times as much material (20.0%), The third highest accident-hit material that is as much as 7 times (15.6%), the second highest accident slip that is counted 5 times (11.1%) and injuries that occur at least that is pierced 4 times (8.9%). After the authors analyze the occurrence of workplace accidents through the analysis of Pareto diagrams, cause and effect diagrams.     PT X is a company engaged in public procurement electrical appliances for the home network connection (SR). The purpose of this study was to perform the design and implementation of 5S in warehouse division of finished goods so as to create the optimal workspace.Ā Implementations that have been undertaken include stock issued death from the work area, provide the name of the label on the storage rack of finished goods, making lines on the floor, classifying goods, designing the lay out based on the frequency rate of movement of goods.     ANALISIS STUDI REKAYASA NILAI DALAM USAHA MENGEMBANGKAN DESAIN BOTOL MINUMAN DI PT. IGLAS (PERSERO) SURABAYA

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan desain botol minuman yang dimulai dengan identifikasi kebutuhan botol minuman, dilanjutkan denganĀ mengembangkan metodologi untuk mengukur performansi desain botol minuman sehingga dapat dievaluasi desain yang optimal. Dari hasil kuesioner respondenĀ didapatkan adjective botol minuman ideal yakni model desain menarik, praktis, hargaĀ terjangkau, tahan pecah, kenyamanan, aman, awet dan profil kepala botol. DenganĀ menggunakan analisis morfologi maka desain botol minuman dapat diklasifikasikan berdasarkan bentuk, bahan dan warna. Kemudian didapatkan delapan alternative desainĀ botol minuman terpilih untuk diseleksi dengan metode Zero One dan Matriks evaluasi. Lalu dihitung biaya produksi masing-masing desain botol minuman sehingga didapatkanĀ desain terbaiknya yakni botol minuman dengan bahan baku import, peformansinya 19,171 dan nilai (value) yang dihasilkan adalah 8,95 dengan biaya produksi sebesar Rp. 214.299.622,00. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Rekayasa Nilai dapat dimplementasikan dengan hasil baik pada desain botol minuman sehingga terjadi peningkatan nilai tambah pada bentuk, bahan dan warna yang serasi sesuai dengan selera atau minat konsumen serta keuntungan yang dapat diperoleh. Sudah sewajarnya jika perusahaan mempergunakan Rekayasa Nilai dalam merencanakan botol minuman untuk konsumennya. Kata kunci : Rekayasa Nilai, analisis morfolog

Dalam penyelenggaraan konstruksi, faktor biaya merupakan bahan pertimbangan utama karena menyangkut besarnya terhadap resiko kegagalan. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis optimalisasi terhadap penjadwalan proyek, menentukan lintasan kritis dan biaya proyek pembangunan fasilitas rumah karyawan serta membandingkan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan metode Critical Path Methode (CPM) dan Cost Slope. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk optimalisasi proyek konstruksi ini pada proyek berlangsung dari tanggal 1 Februari 2010 ā€“ 30 April 2010 adalah dengan menggunkan metode Critical Path Methode (CPM) serta menggunakan Crash Program untuk waktu crash dan penambahan biaya (Cost Slope) terhadap jalur kritis pada penjadwalan proyek.     The development of manufacturing industry is currently experiencing very rapid development, although the Covid-19 pandemic is still ongoing, this development cannot be inhibited. PT. Madya Putera Tehnik is an industry-engaged automotive part manufacturer that produces bushings. The problem experienced is that the high demand for bushing rubber products makes companies have to optimize the performance of employees and their machines so that targets can be met on time. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the production line in the process of making rubber bushings as well as to provide suggestions regarding the balance of the track to increase productivity by using the Theory of Constraints and Heuristic methods. The Theory of Constraints method aims to identify bottlenecks at the outer pipe cutting, rubber roll, rubber clean, and packing work stations that are experiencing problems, and the Heuristic method aims to calculate the balance of the production line. The results obtained from data processing, namely the ranked positional weight and largest candidate rules method have the same results with the number of work stations as many as 14 work stations, track the efficiency of 70%, balance delay of 30%, smoothing index of 66.57, and total exits as many as 1145 units of rubber bushings. It can be interpreted that the two methods have proposed the most optimal trajectory conditions. The company should review the balance of the track and the current production capacity of the company

    Overall Equipment Effectiviness (OEE) is one to determine the level of effectiveness of utilization of equipment. OEE is known as an application program from Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM). This study measured the indigo OEE is a performance value that is 52.84%. the study found that speed losses is one of the real issues, namely the value of idle and minor STOPPAGE ie 42.01% and this loss occurs due to several reasons such as waiting for the materials in the process and not the operator, so the recommended action is to strengthen supervision of employees, mainly machine operators. After doing research, Calculating and analyzing the value of Overall Equipment Effectiviness of engine performance fette 3200 line 1, the factors that cause OEE values below the standard affected the performance score is 52.84%, the value of availbility is 79.48%, the value of quality that is 97.89% for roots permasalahaan cause of the low value of OEE that occurred in PT. Bayer Indonesia in 3200 fette production line machine line 1 in the period January-September 2015 caused availbility value, value performance, quality and value are still below standard OEE is 85%. Difference OEE values obtained under the standard is 41.04%.     Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan efektifitas mesin KMF 250 A melalui 3 (tiga) rasio perhitungan OEE (availability, performance, quality) dan mengidentifikasi akar penyebab rendahnya pencapaian rasio OEE yang di pengaruhi dengan system perawatan dan berdampak pada efektifitas mesin KMF 250 A. Selain itu penulis berharap agar hasil analisa lebih baik dari kondisi awal. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah deskriptif analisis, yaitu menggambarkan ketersediaan, kinerja, dan kualitas produksi mesin KMF 250 A berdasarkan data dan informasi yang sebenarnya dengan mengumpulkan, menyusun, mengklasifikasikan dan menganalisis khususnya informasi dan data-data mengenai efektifitas mesin KMF 250 A. Hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh dari rata-rata nilai OEE adalah 75,69% yang terdiri dari 3 (tiga) rasio antara lain availability rate 89,43%, performance efficiency 88,39%, quality rate 95,77%. Hasil pengukuran masing-masing losses yaitu equipment failure 28,62%, setup and adjustment 6,61%, idle dan minor stoppage 2,69%, reduced speed 9,32%, defect losses 7,57%, reduced yield 0.16%. Dari ketiga rasio OEE yang mempengaruhi rendahnya kinerja mesin KMF 250 A adalah performance efficiency sebesar 88,39%. Sedangkan jenis kerugian terbesar pada equipment failure sebesar 28,62%
